The video may not contain any content, including, without limitation, copyrighted materials (including music in the background) or trademarks that are not owned by the person submitting. Submitted videos may be uploaded and featured on ExperienceMountainParks.ca. We reserve the right, and by uploading your video you give your express permission, that we may not post, and/or edit videos received, in our sole discretion. By submitting a video, you irrevocably authorize us to utilize, anywhere in the world the video submitted, in whole or in part, for such purposes as Experience the Mountain Parks may choose, including, but not limited to, inclusion in printed publications of advertising, promotions, trade presentations or business uses (“Permitted Uses”). Without limiting the foregoing Permitted Uses, such authorization (i) applies to any and all media formats now known or later devised with which Experience the Mountain Parks may choose to use the video, and (ii) includes the right to use the video singly or in any combination, including in combination with text, photographs and/or other artwork created, manufactured or prepared by third parties. Experience the Mountain Parks may utilize subcontractors and other third parties with regard to the Permitted Uses. Experience the Mountain Parks is not obligated to use the video. The person submitting releases all claims for consideration, copyright infringement, or any other matter whatsoever related to Experience the Mountain Parks’ use of submitter’s video. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, submitter hereby waives all moral rights he/she may have the right to assert (under law) in connection with submitter’s video and/or their use by Experience the Mountain Parks. Experience The Mountain Parks is not responsible for telecommunications, network, electronic, technical or computer failures of any kind. Experience The Mountain Parks is not responsible for any lost or misdirected mail sent by submitter or Experience the Mountain Parks. By submitting a video, participants consent to Experience the Mountain Parks’ use of their name, likeness, image and biographical data for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. You can upload video files in these formats: 3g2, 3gp, asf (streaming for Windows Media Player), avi, dv, flv (VP6), mov (QuickTime multimedia), mp4 (H.264), mpeg, mpg (MPEG-1 and MPEG-2), qt (QuickTime), wmv (Windows Media Video).
We will do the conversion for you and you'll see your video like one of the 250 videos throughout this site! The only thing you've got to do now is "point and shoot" your best experiences. Last thing, if some editing is needed we'll do that for you too.
